Umberglint publishes practical, plain-English guides to personal finance for readers in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Poland. We explain how credit cards, loans, current accounts, savings and investments really work, what they cost and what to check before you sign anything.

Every guide is written to answer one question clearly: what should an ordinary reader know before making this money decision? We compare products using the information published by the banks and lenders themselves, and we update our pages when terms change.

What we do not do

We are not a bank, lender, broker or financial adviser. We do not receive applications, approve credit or hold money. When you decide to apply for a product, you do so directly on the provider's own website and under its own terms.
